Bayswater Park

Bayswater Park, formerly known as Land north of Bayswater Brook, is the development site owned by Christ Church College which is situated north of Barton and Barton Park and lies between Marsh Lane on the western boundary to Bayswater Road on the eastern boundary (see map below).

This, together with Bayswater Farm Field – the land north of the bridle path at Sandhills, formed part of the strategic site, STRAT13 in South Oxfordshire District Council’s (SODC) Local Plan 2035.
